Pro: L appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, tutto nuovo, cucina super attrezzata dove abbiamo trovato cialde per il caffe tisane e acqua in frigo, bagno con doccia molto spaziosa, due televisori di cui uno da 65 pollici, cabina armadio ed altri elettrodomestici per tutte le necessità.

Pro: arredamento, ottimi impianti luce/audio/video, parcheggio facile nelle vicinanze.

Contro: qualche capello sparso qui e li, ulteriore rampa di scale dopo l'ascensore, assenza spazi esterni se non il terrazzo condominiale su cui c'è un ripetitore.

Contro: The unit requires that you walk up one floor of stairs. Not a bad thing, but if you can't do any stairs, it might be a problem. Otherwise, there wasn't anything to complain about.

Pro: Lorenzo is a very nice host and the studio is great to visit Siracusa which is beautiful. Close to the archeological park and museum and even the sea where you can see beautiful landscape. About half an hour walk to Ortigia and the bus/train station but there are bus connections. A big supermarket is around The studio is on a roof of a 5 floor block of flats, very nice view from the terrace, you can see the sea too. Nice to hear the church bells sing. The studio is well equipped, coffee and tea provided. Very clean, immaculate sheets. Great plasma in the bedroom with Netflix wchich really works. Thank you, Lorenzo!

Excellent Property, Clean, Comfortable and well located.

Pro: The property is well located and convenient to restaurants and public transpiration, including the bus to Catania. The property has a nicely decorated living room and bedroom and a fully furnished kitchen, and washer/dryer. Everything functions well and I had no problems.

Pro: Приятные и современные апартаменты. Удобное расположение. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Поблизости есть продуктовый магазин, через дороги вкусное кафе. Парковку найти сложно, но возможно)

Würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Pro: Sehr geräumiges, modern eingerichtetes, bestens ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Penthouse. Von der Dachterrasse aus lässt sich die ganze Stadt überblicken. Die Lage zwischen dem Archäologischen Park und dem Museum erlaubt diese nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch zu besuchen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur etwa 150m entfernt - alle Linien fahren in 10 Minuten zur Altstadt. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Apartment liegt nicht in einem touristisch überlaufenen Viertel, sondern einem ruhigen Wohngebiet der Einheimischen. Cafeterias und Restaurants sind ebenfalls \
