Pro: First of all, I'd like to say that Syracuse is a truly magical place on this sunny island. I recommend the city and its surroundings. It has an Italian atmosphere, both ancient and within easy reach. A beautiful white sandy beach is within easy reach. And now, of course, the cherry on the cake: the apartment, which enchanted us with its decor, elegance, and location. I could go on and on. This is truly a fantastic place to stay, close to the Arethusa Spring, the promenade, and the cathedral square. In my opinion, these are the two most atmospheric places in Syracuse. Traveling with a child, I must admit that the apartment's facilities were perfect. Everything you need is in the best possible kitchen. The heating was at its highest level. We had a wonderful night's sleep and relaxed after our travels. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Pro: Great apartments in the middle of Ortigia. Two well equipped kitchens. Comfortable beds. Great host who helped us with all the questions online. 2 TVs with Netflix.
Contro: Not an issue, but a note: parking place is paid and in 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Pro: The location was absolutely amazing. Close enough to be near everything - beach, shops, restaurants, bars, shops, but still with privacy and comfort. It’s a beautiful apartment. You won’t be disappointed if you book it. Has everything you need. Kitchen facilities if you want them, full size fridge, ironing board & iron, washing machine and dryer. My friend and I stayed together and we had our own bedroom and bathroom - apart from each other so you had your privacy and space. Amazing.
Contro: we would have liked to have another set of towels each and perhaps some necessities like a small amount of milk and some bottled water in the fridge. Wifi did not work properly so could not use that. Our host did let us know there had been a problem however still not great.

Beautiful spacious aprtment in a prefect location in Ortigia old town woth super responsive host
Pro: Very well equipped and comfortable apartment in an excellent location in the heart of Ortigia old town minutes from shops, cafes and the sea
Contro: The outside space, a small balcony is next to the air conditioning unit and over looks a hotel terrace. Not really somewhere where pleasant to sit.

We would definitely recommend Sea View Duomo Luxury.
Pro: This was a fantastic apartment. It was clean, comfortable and large enough for a family of five. The location was exceptional and the car park wasn’t too far. The property owner was extremely helpful, providing us with recommendations and replying to our questions quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Contro: Everything was great. If I could make a suggestion, a full length mirror would have been nice.

Pro: Emelia was the absolute most amazing host! She really went above and beyond with meeting us and telling us about what to do in town. The apartment was bright and airy with warm feeling. Thoroughly enjoyed the location right near all major Ortigia sites. This was a great place to base ourselves, right in old town but with new apartment feel
Contro: The apartment was everything we hoped for, but if you have mobility issues, just know there are a couple sets of stairs to get to it.

a great place for a people who have healthy knees and like to be in the center of things but still appreciate a quiet pl
Pro: the apartment was lovely. clean, modern and comfortable and very nicely furnished, equipped with almost everything one could need for a short holiday.
Contro: the 35 stairs are tough to manage if you aren’t 100% fit - quite narrow and very uneven because it’s a really old building. Unfortunately there is no terrace or balcony available and so the “Seaview” is really just through a small window.
