Pro: La comodità della casa . Molto vivibile anche per soggiorni lunghi . Camera ampia letto comodo . Un bel divano e angolo cottura ben posizionato . Piccolo cortile privato ottimo . Bagno ben dotato . Cortile all, entrata con ottimo ristorante interno.

Contro: Qualche utensile in più per cucinare sarebbe gradito .

Pro: Posizione centrale per vivere Ortigia, parcheggio Talete a 5 minuti. Ambiente climatizzato e silenzioso, ottima esperienza

Pro: La location , l appartement e molto confortabile e tranquillo e anche in mezzo del centro

Appartamento splendido e Host super

Pro: Casa davvero Bella…. Posizionata in una corte di origine spagnola…. Al piano terra…. Di un Palazzo storico… appartamento da pochissimi tempo ristrutturato in modo fresco…elegante … E ottimamente condizionato…. Eccellente anche per accesso ad anziani e persone con difficoltà nella mobilità. L’host Daniele è super presente e disponibile…..sempre velocemente raggiungibile per ogni evenienza… super consigliato… esperienza splendida… grazie mille Daniele… alla prossima

Pro: This place is spacious, well equipped and quit part. All you need possible to reach a few minutes walk. Air conditioners works great to heat up or cool down. Great size table to eat or just sit.

Contro: Just a few things, that could be done easy. Dusts. A lot of dusts, webs in the corners on the ceiling. Curtains probably unwashed 10 years, many visible dusts. Pillows in bedroom- very high, hard and uncomfortable. Could be more various of pillows.

Pro: Set in a lovely quiet location off a beautiful Courtyard. The property had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable bed and all facilities necessary. We stayed 3 nights and wish we stayed longer. It is centrally located. We walked to Parco Archeologico which took 25 mins and easy to find. Loved it.

Flat is simple, but nice. Great location. Could be cleaner. Recommend.

Pro: Flat is rather simple, but nice. Great location. Walking distance to everything, also to Talete parking and swimming area. Responsive host, provided things when needed, as well as videos on how to find it. Located in the back of a beautiful backyard (used as restaurant garden). AC working well in both living-/ and bedroom. Washing machine worked. Huge TV with YouTube and Netflix to log yourself in.

Contro: Could be cleaner (couch dirty, some hair and a lot of dust everywhere; cutlery had dried rests on them, glasses too). We also had issues with a lot of ants and other smaller bugs (host then provided a anti-bug spray the next day). Was hard to find at first, but maybe was an issue with missing cell connection. Noisy: Inside you hear EVERYTHING from the flat above and another neighbour. We had a lot of mosquito bites but that is not the flats fault.

Pro: A very comfortable, spacious apartment situated in a quiet and beautiful part of Ortigia; all attractions are within a few minutes walk. It's a ground floor, bright enough apartment very well air conditioned with a separate laundry room. Overall our stay there was a great, relaxing experience.

Pro: Ortigia központjában, helyezkedik el, a latnivalók kellős közepen. Tiszta, friss agynemű, az ágy kényelmes volt. Magy méretű apartman. Földszinten voltunk, kellemes az udvar meg november végén is zöld. Helyi busszal könnyen megközelíthető a távolsági buszmegállótól. Egy helyen van a megállójuk. Elelmiszer bolt kb. 90 m.

Vaste, calme, joli au cœur d’Ortigia

Pro: Le lieu, l’espace, le confort. Très jolie cour ou nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner le matin. Pas trop loin du parking Talete, et central.

Contro: Pas grand chose. Il n’y avait pas de savon/gel douche mais le propriétaire est venu le lendemain (nous sommes arrivés tard le soir) nous l’apporter. Les oreillers étaient horribles mais c’est souvent comme ça en Italie, et nous apportons les nôtres!
