Ottima soluzione per Siracusa

Pro: Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti a piedi da Ortigia ma prima della ZTL. Appartamento ristrutturato nel 2021, quindi decisamente nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort. Proprietari professionali e cortesi, offrono tutti i confort di un albergo (dolci e vino extra graditissimo).

Un soggiorno piacevole

Pro: Appartamento molto bello, pulito, ristrutturato e arredato con gusto e completo di ogni comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata e wifi). Posizione ottima per raggiugere a piedi il centro storico di Ortigia. Comodo parcheggio davanti a casa disponibile nonostante l'alta stagione. Un ringraziamento speciale a Stefania e Marco per l'ottima accoglienza e i preziosi consigli per vivere al meglio Siracusa. Consigliato!!!

Pro: This is a lovely, fully-equipped apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly cafes, bakeries and shopping. The apartment is spacious, super clean and comfortable. The owners clearly take great pride in this property. They are immediately available should there be any issues (there weren't). The apartment is a pleasant 15 minute walk to Ortigia, and to the bus/train station. We highly recommend La Sapurita and would definitely book another stay.

4 night delightful stay

Pro: Fabulous spacious apartment within walking distance to the station, restaurants, supermarket and tourist spots. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and roomy shower. Pictures on the net depict the apartment precisely. Best of all was the host, Marco. From my booking several months ago to check in he has been a gem. Always accessible on What's App, fabulous in formation shared re restaurants, supermarket, snacks, street good, places of interest and a short cut to the station. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Pro: We spent a week at this apartment for our summer holidays with my family. Marco was incredibly helpful and prepared a wonderful surprise for our arrival. He provided us with valuable tips and responded promptly to all our questions. The apartment is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the center, with shops and bus stops also nearby. The apartment is brand new, very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped.

Excellent accommodation well located. Great host

Pro: We chose this property because it was a short walk (8-10 minutes) from the bridge to Ortigia , the Train and bus stations. It was spacious, very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. There is a grocery store a short distance away. We enjoyed our delicious welcome gift from an attentive but unintrusive host.

Good apartment

Pro: One of the most satisfactory apartments I have stayed at for the past several months. Spacious, clean, well-equipped, walkable to Bus station and Ortigia, this apartment has everything you could ask for when you are planning to spend a couple of days in Siracusa. The host is also kind and responsive. I'd definitely go back to this apartment.

Contro: The backyard could be a bit noisy in the morning.

a little gem in the heart of Syracusa

Pro: This is the perfect appartment for a stay in Syrakusa! Marco and Stefy have created a perfect little gem and we loved staying here. Very convenient location in walking distance from Ortigia. Supermarket and other stores are really close. The appartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished with everything a family might need, there even is a washing machine and and iron. :) Parking can be a bit tricky on weekdays in the morning, but we easily found a spot right in front of the appartment in the afternoon. Marco is an outstanding and helpful host and provided us with tons of helpful tipps for restaurants, beaches etc. Grazie!

Pro: The apartment was so spacious!!!!!! It was also in a quiet area. Just outside Ortigia, 5min from the sea and near the best restaurants ever.

Contro: The neighbors were a bit hysterical 🤣
