A charming apartment in the old town with a sea view
Pro: A charming, boho-style apartment where you can feel right at home :) the only difference being that most of us don't have a sea view from the balcony, which is literally just a few steps away ;) The owner is helpful and friendly (contact via phone and text message). The apartment key is available for collection from a dispenser, which is useful for unusual arrival times in Sicily. We will have fond memories of our stay!\

Wspaniały apartament we wspaniałym miejscu - prawdziwy klimat Sycylii
Pro: A wonderful place – I think it’s one of the nicest spots in Sicily. A very spacious, tidy, and functional apartment. Perfectly located – right in the heart of Ortigia’s old town – you can easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The only potential issue might be parking if you have a car, as this area is within the ZTL zone. The apartment’s owner is extremely friendly and helpful – excellent communication and assistance with all formalities. Highly recommended, and I hope to return

Pro: The location is superb: the sea can be seen on both sides of the building from the balcony. Perfect spot to see sunrise in October too! The flat is equipped with ALL you need or don't need, including hairdryer, sun filters, not to mention the abundance of plates, cups, glasses, pots and condiments for your cooking! The flat is also 5-10 mins from literally everything in Ortigia and the closest beach, although small, only 4ish mins walk. Cleanliness is also to a very high standard! We will definitely book again if staying in Ortigia or Siracusa.
Contro: Nothing I didn't like.

Pro: The apartment is spacious, in a building apparently well restored several years ago. It is well maintained and is equipped with everything we needed. Absolutely great location if you want a private apartment in Ortigia
Pro: A truly great location and nicely maintained home. We really enjoyed the apartment - comfortable and warm. Everything you might need was there - from the the coffee and some snacks till the beach amenities. The bus stop is just 30 sec walk from the apartment We did not have much questions for the host but she promptly answered to what we asked.
Contro: Well, maybe the water flow is not as good as it might be but this is a general Ortigia Island issue.

Contro: The apartment could use a spring clean. August is way too busy, lots of traffic driving in and out of Siracusa and zero parking space

A lovely place to use as a home base for exploring Ortigia
Pro: Great location on Ortigia -- from the balcony you could look in either direction and see the water. Close to everything, including the little beach, but a quiet neighbourhood. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms and in the living area were very welcome (and worked well!). Very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive. The flat itself was charming and you could close the shutters to keep it cool. Also nice touches like two blow dryers, and even a hand weight for exercise. The washing machine worked well too! We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great location!
Pro: Location was excellent. Right beside some gorgeous restaurants and a walk from most attractions in Ortigia. Gorgeous decor. Very comfortable bed. Great having the air con and the washing machine. Lovely having breakfast each morning on the balcony to the sound of the sea. Host was very responsive and helpful.
Contro: Could be a tiny bit noisy early in the morning as the building is old. No toaster, no tea towels, only one little chair on the balcony, shower drain was blocked. Otherwise everything was great.
