Pro: Assolutamente tutto perfetto. Appartamento da sogno in un contesto meraviglioso. Posizione, spazio, arredamento, elementi di confort, luminosità, ecc... DOMUS DIONISIO è davvero un’appartamento accogliente e molto pulito. Katia é molto attenta ai dettagli e alle esigenze dei propri ospiti, garantendoci una vacanza davvero rilassante. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla, letto confortevole, doppi cuscini per ogni ospite, lenzuola, asciugamani, Kit cortesia bagno e cucina, lavatrice per fare il bucato e molto molto altro. La città è bellissima, un'atmosfera di cultura, arte, pace e tradizione. Sono stati momenti meravigliosi. L’unica nota dolente, un soggiorno troppo breve per noi, ma torneremo sicuramente! Ortigia e DOMUS DIONISIO ci hanno conquistati

Pro: Beautifully restored apartment right in the centre of Ortigia. Everything was perfect, from cleanliness, owners recommendations, well equipped with everything you’d need! Highly recommended.

Brand New and Very Nice Apartment in the Middle of Ortigia Island

Pro: Brand new very nice apartment (as of late-May 2024) in a 300-year-old palace. Everything in it is new, including the AC. The bathroom has been furnished in top-end 1940's-s style designer hardware and the kitchen is large with the latest appliances and a full size marble kitchen table. The bedroom is big with a high vaulted and frescoed ceiling and a big new and comfortable bed. Perfect location in the middle of the old town on Ortigia Island. The Wi-Fi is new and very fast. The TV is in the kitchen - a very big brand new 4K OLED LG. There is a small balcony with a table over the charming street. There are great restaurants within 50 meters of the apartment, and one right next door. Katia and Luciano are the owners and are wonderful.

Pro: Восхитительная квартира! Очень красивая, с необычной планировкой и интересными деталями интерьера. Катя и Лучано были очень добры и помогали нам с возникающими вопросами. Мы жили в Сиракузах пять дней, и нам было очень комфортно. Очень хочется снова туда вернуться
