Casa Rosa Apartments Ortgia

Pro: Ci siamo trovate benissimo, la casa si trova in una posizione comodissima ma tranquilla. L'appartamento era ben pulito, spazioso e con tutto l'occorrente per un ottimo soggiorno (abbiamo trovato sale, olio, caffè, detersivi ecc..). La ragazza che gestisce la casa è veramente gentile e disponibile. Il letto è comodissimo! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, andate senza indugi

Contro: Tornare a casa

Pro: La posizione è molto comoda e abbastanza facile da raggiungere. Silenzioso nonostante sia in centro. Appartamento pulito, grande e dotato di tutto (sia per la cucina che per il bagno). Letto comodo.

Pro: Location ideal, mkt close by! Close to train station & bus. Live like a local.

Contro: Not much natural light, since typical house. Very humid, but all places like this in area.

Close, convenient, comfortable

Pro: Excellent location. A bit tucked away but that is part of the charm. 2 minute walk to market and sea.

Pro: Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier plein de charme et au calme . L’équipement est complet la literie satisfaisante. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Live like a resident of Ortigia!

Pro: A dream-like location, where you can live for a few days as if you are a resident of Ortigia. The location is amazing, to be able to stay there was like a dream. We absolutely loved having our own place there! Great facilities including a washing machine, kitchen and comfortable bed. Best of all was the friendly and easy communication with Lucia, who helped answer all of our questions despite a language barrier and even booked us a nice restaurant for New Year’s Eve dinner!

Contro: Some of the dishes were a little dirty, but it was probably just because they hadn’t been used in while, so they were fine with a rinse of water. Other than that I would say it might be nice to have some instructions on how to use the washing machine and stove etc., but we eventually figured it all out, so really very few negative points. I can highly recommend staying here.

A good choice for one or two people.

Pro: It was well located but also quiet and a minute or two from any noisy businesses. The bathroom is quite large. It has a washing machine.

Contro: It is more like a studio than a proper one bed.

Perfect Stay

Pro: We felt so fortunate to stay here during our trip to Ortigia! It's a fully equipped apartment, including a stovetop for cooking and all needed utensils and cookware. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet and the location was unbeatable! The hostess was very responsive and communicated well. Highly recommended!

Contro: Everything was excellent

Pro: The apartment was in a great location, few minutes walking from the market. Well equipped of everything. Perfect to go to the market, buy the best fresh veggies and fruits and cook them/ eat them at home. Very cute flat and convenient. The only thing missing was a tiny windows, but with the door 🚪 at the entrance and the air conditioning was not a problem at all. I would definitely come back again!!! Highly recommended !!!
