Fab location and spacious home in a gorgeous town

Pro: Great location and host kindly arranged an earlier check-in. Authentic 70's style spacious home.

Contro: Noisy street made sleep hard on weekend. Some attention to the smaller details would be nice such as tea-towels, starter pack of shampoo. welcome pack of tea & milk, etc but not essential.

Pro: Fantastic location, near beach and restaurants, very spacious quirky apartment

Contro: Needing to keep an eye on the AC for potential dripping and tripping the power. Hosts were very quick to respond and advise however

Authentic place to stay in Ortigia

Pro: It was a pleasure to stay here for 5 nights. Excellent location and very comfy beds. The flat is full of character and it feels good to reach the flat through huge doors and arches. There are two beaches around(one sandy, one rocky) and each takes 3-4 minutes by walking from the property. The host was so responsive, professional and helpful. Hope to stay there again.

A haven in Ortigia

Pro: 3 weeks in Italy so far , the best accommodation yet on our travels, and we have stayed in some fab places. Great shower, 2 large bathrooms, in a great spot in Ortigia. All you could need, gorgeous mid century furniture, in a beautiful historic building.

Contro: All was perfect

Pro: Wonderful spacious apartment perfectly located. The furniture and the books/Vhs/Cd s /Magazines and the decorations were all a pleasant surprise. You could spend hours looking through them. Iron, washing machine, cutlery, plates, bottle opener... Name anything one could need.It was there.

Contro: The single drawback was that the 2nd bathroom had a bathtub with nothing preventing water from spilling outside and no drain on the floor. Every time you showered you had to be extra careful and still mop a good amount of water from the floor.
