Pro: appartamento su più livelli, molto luminoso e dotato di zanzariere. Un secondo piano senza ascensore con 2 camere comunicanti e soggiorno separato. Ottima accoglienza e semplicità nella comunicazione. Posizione comoda vicino ai servizi e al mare.

Pro: Bella casetta dotata di tutto il necessario, è stata ben ristrutturata da poco ma ha conservato il suo fascino antico, è in un'ottima nel cuore di Ortigia e a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Grazie a un'autorimessa nelle vicinanze non c'è stato nessuno problema per il parcheggio e la Ztl. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza.
Contro: Niente di particolare, la casa è al secondo piano e ci sono un bel po di scale da fare, e la porta del bagno è bassa ma dopo un po' ci si abitua 😅

Pro: L'appartamento situato al 2 piano all'interno è stato ristrutturato da poco quindi è nuovo, non manca veramente nulla e il punto è veramente centrale, dal mare dal Duomo dal castello insomma da tutto. Consigliato 👍 veramente bei posti da visitare

Pro: We had a lovely stay in Attico Roma this September! Everything is as you see it in the photos and the apartment is vast and really well equipped! There is AC i every room so you can easily survive during the hot summer period 😊😊😊 when we arrived there was mineral water in the fridge as well as some sweets which we really appreciated. The host, Alesso, was really kind and recommended us some places to eat
Contro: We didn’t like the fact that there was a parking included in the facilities of the property but actually we had to park our car at Talete parking (which was 700m away from the apartment) and pay 15eur per day. However the property is in ZTL so it’s understandable that we couldn’t reach the location by car and it’s our mistake that we didn’t check this in advance

Pro: Location was perfect. Very pretty and comfortable apartment, the second bedroom adjoining to the first was very convenient for us with a small child. Host was extremely kind and helpful!
Contro: No elevator, but don't let that deter you unless you physically cannot do stairs. The apartment is wonderful.

Pro: The flat is a lovely mix between modern and old features. It was super clean, and the owner was so helpful. The flat was located fairly centrally, and the nightlife was good there, too. The owner helped us up to the flat and showed us around. He was so nice and helpful. Suggested really nice places to eat, depending upon our budget. I
Contro: There is nothing I didn't like about this flat! The only thing is the flat is up three flights of steps, which wasn't a problem for us.

Best place to be in Ortigia
Pro: Attico Roma is a newly renovated, fully equipped flat in the heart of Ortigia. Everything is brand new and the place is spotless clean! Alessio made the place available for us on short notice (literally 30 min), before normal check in.
Contro: Everything was perfect. But one must remember that this is an attic apartment, hence there are stairs to climb (good for training, I would say :)

Чудова квартира, гарна атмосфера
Pro: Дуже хороша квартира в самому історичному центрі. До всього близько. Дуже приємний власник. В квартирі було все необхідне. Єдине, що квартира знаходиться на 3 поверсі, тому багато сходів, нам це не заважало, але кому важко підніматися, то потрібно на це звернути увагу.

Pro: This apartment has lots of pros . It’s spacious , well equipped and the location was great - centrally located, steps from shops and amazing restaurants. The parking however was challenging … with no nearby spots we were parking a 20-25 minutes walk away and hauling suitcases through hot streets - it was also expensive to pay to park every day . Definitely something to consider . The apartment was very spacious for a family but the stairs a lot for little legs and can be stressful with a very long way to fall . Overall would definitely come back just would plan differently . Host was responsive to questions.

Pro: Appartement qui se situe dans le vieux Syracuse (ortigia) pas loin de la plage. Climatisé (et heureusement car il a fait très chaud!) très bien équipé.
