Ottimo appartamento. Veramente completo
Pro: L'appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo. Spazioso e pulito, con tutto il necessario. Comoda la posizione per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse e tutti i servizi.Da Ortigia in auto 5 minuti a piedi meno di 2 km. È un condominio con posto auto al suo interno, che dà un valore extra x chi noleggia l auto. Il proprietario disponibile ed accogliente. Grazie ancora..

Soggiorno piacevole in un luogo piacevole. Consigliato.
Pro: Il parcheggio privato. L'aria condizionata. La comodità a raggiungere i punti culturali di interesse. Se uno vuole può anche andare a piedi, ma i parcheggi sono un po' cari..... considerato che si paga quasi tutto per visitare.....

Pro: Great location near bus/train station, close to city centre. Clean nice apartment. Definitely worth the cost.
Contro: A bit noisy, but as expected because of the train. Only little issue were keys. Old guy who handles it is incredibly friendly, but speaks only Italian which caused some trouble. Anyway, met expectation, would recommend.

Great apartment and interesting surrouunding area to explore
Pro: The apartment was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The shower was good. Location was good for the bus and train Station and only a short walk to a Eurospin supermarket, town and Ortigio old town. Also, within walking distance to the Archeological Park Neapolis. Host was very helpful. We didn’t have a car but you did there was a secure parking space.

Pro: Un lujo poder dejar el coche aparcado en el mismo alojamiento y con una verja que proteje el parking El apartamento amplio y con todo lo necesario
Contro: No entendimos bien al señor cómo teníamos que salir del apartamento, pues había una verja que se abría con la llave y si la dejábamos dentro de la casa no podíamos abrir la verja para salir. Para ir al centro hay un tramo al principio con mucho tráfico y sin acera pero es un tramo muy pequeño. Luego sin problema

Hospedagem perfeita e anfitrião excelente!
Pro: A hospedagem foi excelente! O anfitrião é super atencioso, sempre respondeu prontamente e ainda nos permitiu entrar antes do horário previsto. Como nosso voo era à noite, ele também nos deu a opção de permanecer no local por mais tempo, com uma taxa super acessível. O apartamento é novo, muito bem localizado, perto da estação de trem, ponto de ônibus e mercado. Tudo muito limpo, com toalhas cheirosas, cobertas aconchegantes e um colchão super confortável. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, com certeza voltaria e recomendo muito!

Pro: Vynikající komunikace s majitelem, zrenovovaný, čistý a prostorný byt. Bezpečné parkování ve dvoře.
Contro: Bezprostřední okolí není nejmalebnější, ale byt samotný je moderní a příjemný.

If you are uncomfortable driving in a city or don’t mind staying a bit far from the action, this is a great option, the
Pro: The free parking on site was excellent, the place was SPOTLESSLY clean, bed was very comfortable. Close to the train station.
Contro: Getting out of the property while leaving the keys was challenging to figure out. You need two people, one to drive the vehicle out and wait, and the other person to run up to drop the keys, then exit using the gate for people—there’s a button to the right of the gate to do so. But once figured out it was easy.
