Pro: Clean and newly renovated apartment with all necessary facilities. Location is good, 10 minute walk to Ortigia.

Contro: Unfortunately there was Construction going on at the harbor road, making the view less nice than that advertised. Free parking in the courtyard, but only if space is available (which it mostly was for us).

Pro: A very comfortable apartment. Convenient location - close to Ortigia and right next to the promenade. Nice parking (although sometimes you need to look for a spot in the street - easy to find). Vey helpful host.

Contro: Just minor things - like small number of wine glasses and lack of a dishwasher.

Pro: Great location close to city center in quiet area with see view. Appartment well equiped with comfortable living room. Supportive host sharing many details about location, atractions and local restaurants.

Contro: Access to window in second room would make our stay more comfortable.

Would absolutely stay here again!

Pro: The apartment is very spacious clean and well appointed. It felt like home rather than just another hotel room and it was so appreciated. We were met at the apartment, showed where to park in the locked gated parking area and all then shown the apartment. The location was very central to the historic areas of the city and an easy walk everywhere we needed to go. Our friends ended up in hospital there and had to have surgery and the owner was great about adjusting our stay so we could be there when needed. Also extremely accommodating when we forgot something and arranged to go back to apartment so we could pick it up. Really appreciated all the extra communication and effort.

Pro: Apartament jest fajnie położony blisko portu, na pieszo można spokojnie w kilka minut dojść na Ortyge. Właściciel przemiły, pomocny i uczynny. Apartament bardzo czysty i przestronny.

Pro: Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch gab es eine Waschmaschine (und Waschmittel). Einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand gibt es ebenfalls! Die Betten waren nach unserem Geschmack gemütlich. Die Lage ist optimal, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Ein Bus (105) fährt fast vor dem Gebäude ab und bringt einen direkt zum Eingang des Amphitheaters. Das Auto stand sicher im Innenhof des Appartementgebäufes. Dort kann man parken, soweit man einen Platz findet. Es gibt nicht viele, aber man kann aus dem Wohnzimmer gut beobachten, wenn jemand anders wegfährt, und dann schnell versuchen den Platz zu erwischen ;-) Die Promenade wird gerade renoviert, so dass man dort nicht alternativ parken kann. Andererseits fährt deswegen auch gerade kein Auto und Motorrad vorbei, wodurch alles sehr ruhig ist. Wir wurden auch nett empfangen und haben viele Tipps erhalten. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
