Overall good value for money and would recommend staying here.
Pro: Good location, easy check in. Contact person was easy to contact and was helpful.
Contro: Caretaking could be improved; the stovetop kettle leaked from the spout and probably needs repairing or replacing, the soap in the bathroom had not been refilled before check in, the batteries in the tv remote were close to dead. Needed to have the hotel contact person attend to the last two of these items.

Great cute apartment in Ortigia! Would stay there again!
Pro: The loft apartment was very cool. The bed was on the second level which had the novelty of a glass floor which took some getting used to but I loved it!It’s in a cute small street that is right near the market. It’s right at the beginning of Ortigia so quite central if you want to go to the old or new town. A lot of tours start right nearby which is helpful. The town itself is gorgeous, I loved wandering around for hours at a time. The AC worked well and the kitchen seemed well stocked for basic meals. The apartment manager Davide was lovely. He gave me lots of suggestions for places to visit and very kindly extended my checkout time without any issues. Thanks for a great time in Ortigia!
Contro: Rather than things I disliked per se, just some comments so I’ll start by saying I’d absolutely stay there again! 1. The bathroom served it’s purpose but was very small 2. the shower could have been a little cleaner 3. The wifi sometimes dropped out briefly but was otherwise good! 4. The key needed to be placed in a socket for the electricity to work which was fine, however I imagine it could be dangerous if there’s a fire etc. as you’d need to fiddle around to unlock the door. 5. There is no couch but that wasn’t an issue for me 6. It would be helpful to have a handle on the inside of the door to assist with pulling it shut

Cute stay in Ortigia old town.
Pro: Great location right among the old town Ortigia which was absolutely beautiful. Nice little loft apartment. Clean and everything was lovely. Little hob to cook on which was nice. Netflix on the TV which we appreciated.
Contro: WiFi stopped working on the last day. We had to meet the host to give keys back at the end. We were ready to leave earlier than the time we stated, would have been easier to leave the keys in the apartment and leave when we were ready rather than having to give a time.

Super appartement dans Ortigia
Pro: L'appartement est très bien placé dans Ortigia. La rue est piétonne, les équipements sont parfaits. J'ai beaucoup apprécié de rencontrer l'hôte à mon arrivée, sa disponibilité dès mon arrivée sur Ortigia. C'est tellement plus agréable qu'une boîte à clés !
Contro: Le soir, il peut y avoir des groupes qui parlent un peu fort en passant dans la rue mais j'avoue avoir une hyper sensibilité au bruit

Pro: Die Lage ist super. Egal was: Markt, Bar, Altstadt, Meer, alles zu Fuß sehr leicht erreichbar. Gegenüber ein Hotel mit Bar Longe Musik bis 15 Uhr. Abends Bar am Appollonheiligtum um die Ecke, wo man auch sehr schön sitzen kann mit netter Bedienung in entspannter Atmosphäre.
Contro: Ich habe die Loft in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Gestört hat mich nur, dass ich erst einmal alle Gegenstände vorheriger Mieter wegschmeissen musste, um mich richtig wohlzufühlen (Knoblauch, der schon stank, Kaffee eccetera)
