Un piacevole soggiorno in un accogliente appartamento

Pro: La disponibilità di Valeria nella possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al mattino prima del check in e a fornire informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. L' appartamento molto accogliente

Contro: Nulla, forse un piccolo consiglio mettere a disposizione un microonde, ma non è strettamente necessario.

Ottimo soggiorno in Siracusa

Pro: Struttura pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Personale molto gentile disponibile a tutte le richieste. La posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta per raggiungere il centro, il mare e c’è un piccolo Market ben fornito nelle vicinanze.

Pro: Appartamento completo veramente di tutto ciò che può servire, ottima posizione a 10 minuti da ortigia e parcheggio gratuito disponibile in strada di fronte la porta d'ingresso. Non so che si può chiedere di più. Personale gentilissimo e premuroso.

Pro: Appartamento centrale, spazioso, luminoso e ben tenuto. Proprietaria premurosa verso gli ospiti a partire dai dettagli: il benvenuto offrendo una bottiglia di moscato e biscotti di accompagnamento

Hidden gem in Siracusa

Pro: It is a wonderful, little apartment in Siracusa. The location was within walking distance of the old town. The apartment itself had all the basic amenities. It was a good size, had ample hot water for showers and was very clean. The hosts were easy to contact and responded very quickly. For us, in all our travels, that is extremely important. We have been in other places and have expressed concerns with no response from the hosts. In Siracusa, the hosts provided a book filled with great information about where to go, how to get there, what to see, what to eat, etc.. If we had any other questions or concerns, the responses were quick.

Contro: The couch wasn't very comfortable. That is such a minor detail. Everything else was good. No regrets with our stay on Siracusa.

Wonderful location and very very easy parking

Pro: Very close to Ortigia and has a lovely bedroom. Clean and they had mugs for British tea drinkers. very impressed by that!

Contro: shower was difficult to manage. and we could have done with soap

Functional and central

Pro: The appartment was in quiet street, and there was allways a free spot for our car. At the same time it was only a 15 minutes walk from Ortigia and 5 minutes to a small beach. Everything in the appartment worked just fine, and the staff and neighbours were all very friendly and ready to help. I recommend the place warmly. 😊

Ideal place for a family with kids or a kid or for a couple

Pro: I was amazed how large and spacious this apartment was! To be honest that was a nice surprise! The host was very nice, we did not meet but she was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed we much the front balcony, drinking coffee and tea as it has chairs and a table. Very nice location comparing to city center, you are quite close to the city center but in a more quite area, outside of touristic buzz. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you need with a very comfy bed. I recommend this place from my heart!

Contro: It was a very light smell in the bathroom from the canalization. But that wasn't really a big thing as you keep the bathroom door closed. and the sorting of the garbage was not so easy. I am also recycling at home but I don't have different days to get the garbage out for different kind of garbage.
