Ortigia is a beautiful part of Syracusa. The apartment was authentic and stylish.

Pro: Excellent location, close to all of the town, but quiet. 1 minute walk from the sea and super sunset bars and restaurants. Gioconda was helpful and friendly. You could ask her anything and she would respond immediately.

Pro: We stayed here as a couple on a romantic getaway and absolutely loved it! The apartment was perfect — beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with anything we asked for. We had such a wonderful and enjoyable stay — highly recommended!

Pro: Perfect location for sights, restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop one minute away. It was good to have the balcony and terrace and the little arty touches made it feel a very comfortable and welcoming place to be. The spacious bathroom was particularly enjoyable. The apartment was in keeping with the old historic building and the architecture of the island.

Pro: Absolutely beautiful space, furnished with care and love; awesome entrance stairwell, fabulous bathroom, wonderful terrace. We loved staying here. Perfect location, easy walk to all parts of Ortigia, yet also quiet and historical. Our hostess was warm and responsive. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment with a lovely terrace in a quiet part of Ortigia

Pro: This is an attractive and stylish apartment comprising a good sized bedroom with balcony, very large bathroom, living room and a partly covered terrace. The host was very welcoming, spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful when we had a problem with transport arrangements. The Terrace overlooks nearby roof tops and a narrow winding lane and is a great place to relax - it is very quiet, as is the area generally. There is wifi, aircon and a well equipped drinks station with fridge. The location is convenient for various attractions and there are several restaurants close by. In short, everything you need for a very pleasant stay

Contro: The drinks station has a kettle, coffee machine, fridge and assorted plates, mugs and glasses. It is fine for making drinks and snacks and perfectly met our needs - but its not a kitchen, so perhaps not suited to a longer stay.

A lovely, quiet, traditional apartment with the most helpful host.

Pro: This was a quiet property on a quiet street, with a lovely terrace. The whole place is roomy and feels well looked after by the host. She was really helpful, giving useful recommendations and helping us with adapters for the 3 pin plugs. We had a great stay here.

Contro: If you like to cook, then this isn’t the place for you as there isn’t a hob or oven, but there’s a fridge and a kettle - and hundreds of amazing cafes and restaurants on your doorstep.
