Una notte a Siracusa

Pro: Ottima struttura, ben tenuta. Centro raggiungibile a piedi e parcheggio in zona.

Pro: Letti molto comodi, spazi puliti, proprietaria disponibile e gentile.

Contro: Staccare il contatore della luce a ogni uscita, la camera da letto all’ingresso, il bagno senza finestre e la zona è solamente residenziale, non ci sono servizi come supermercati o bar intorno.

Pro: La casa è nuova, pulita e curata nel dettaglio. La padrona, Daina, è una persona accogliente e gentile; dal primo momento senti che ti aspetta un soggiorno perfetto!

Pro: The host was very welcoming , she gave us many tips about Syracuse.

Contro: The neighbourhood was a bit raw.

A cozy small apartment with full equipment just a few minutes from the center. Handy inner courtyard for drying clothes.

Pro: It was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped – maybe just missing a ladle. We really appreciated that the host left some essentials like coffee, oil, and other basic items. The bed was very comfortable with a large sheet for two people, and the apartment was nicely decorated. The host was very helpful, gave us great tips on local places and attractions, and was always ready to assist.

Contro: We didn’t feel entirely comfortable because the lock from the inside was sealed, so we lacked a proper sense of security. The door could only be shut, and in this state, it was relatively easy to open from the outside. Also, there was noticeable dampness throughout the apartment, especially in the back room – our clothes felt moist, and even the bed was a bit damp. The towels shed fibers and didn’t smell very fresh.

Pro: Daina was very accommodating and helpful. Apartment was lovely, light snd well set up. Bed was so comfortable.

Great place.

Pro: The apartment is sparking clean. All amenities are there- full kitchen, washing machine and even wine glasses and bags to lidl. Daina is the best. She answered every question with a smile and let us overstay till afternoon.

Contro: The location is a bit far from Ortigia but when with a car its the best option, especially since there is parking available in the street.

Nice accommodation

Pro: Nice apartment, all utilities that you need, it fits perfect in 2 bedrooms a family of 4 members, the beds very comfortable, quiet area, supermarket 500 metres, old town which is Isola di Ortigia about 1 km, around 20-25 min walking. The host really friendly. I recommend!

Pro: The host was very welcoming and suggested 2 good restaurants.

Contro: One bedroom was as you walked through the door to the apartment. Was unusual but we got used to it, so it was not a big problem.
