Pro: Casa ampia, dotata di ogni comfort e finestre vista mare impagabile Inoltre a due passi dal centro, anzi in centro e vicino a parcheggio coperto comunale… meglio di così

Una meraviglia!

Pro: Se volete sentirvi in una royal suite de Ritz hotel prenotate qui. Questo appartamento è bellissimo, grande, elegante completamente equipaggiato. Arredato con grande gusto. Curato nei minimi dettagli. La vista sul mare è stupenda. Sia dal salotto che dalla cucina. Anche dalla terrazza si vede il mare. Un soggiorno indimenticabile! Una favola! E la nostra host Elisa è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta. Ci ha dato molti consigli utilissimi sia sui ristoranti che sui posti da visitare❤️

Pro: This was a very comfortable, spacious apartment. The balconies off the living room and kitchen are looking onto the water, and we could watch the sunrise over the water from our bed. Everything about this place was perfect!

Terrific communication with our host. She provided many recommendations which we took advantage of.

Pro: Beautifully appointed and spacious. Wonderful view of the water.

Contro: The toilet did not always flush.

Beautiful apartment, wish we had booked for longer stay

Pro: Great location, spacious property, light & airy, lovely terrace, right next to swimming spot which was great for snorkelling.

Pro: Superb apartment overlooking the sea, wonderful view from sitting room. So spacious and airy, could have stayed in the apartment the whole time and would have been happy!! Great location, on the quieter side of town. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment on the seafront

Pro: This was a very well equipped apartment, beautifully located in Ortigia. Elisa, our host, couldn't have been more helpful and obliging.

Loved our time here and would be happy to return.

Pro: The location on the seafront was great and it was close to all amenities. Lots of restaurants around and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were also able to swim from the rocks across the road from the apartment. Our host, Elisa, met us and showed us round the flat and explained how relevant appliances worked. She was very friendly and helpful, even carried one of the bags up the stairs. Elisa was in frequent contact re arrival time and as our train was late, had to wait for us. Apartment was cool with the windows open but the bedroom and living rooms had air conditioning. We used the air con at night but didn't need it in the day (with temperatures outside of about 30 C).

Contro: Elevator would have been nice extra but other than on arrival, climbing to second floor was not a problem at all. Elisa helped with the bags anyway. There was some traffic noise from the road, but it wasn't a problem at night as we closed the shutters which cut out any noise.
