Tutto ok

Pro: Appartamento grande ideale per due coppie o una famiglia. Ambiente curato con un arredamento sia antico che moderno. Non centralissimo ma va bene. Prezzo ok Posto per auto proprio fronte strada

Contro: Purtroppo un po freddo ma con le pompe di calore ho risolto anche se c’è voluto tempo per riscaldare l’ambiente

Pro: La posizione della casa è perfetta, in pieno centro a Noto, non serve l’auto per raggiungere il centro.

Contro: La pulizia della casa non era adeguata, dopo averlo fatto presente, il proprietario ha detto che avrebbe provveduto ad una pulizia più adeguata ma così non è stato.

Pro: Ottima struttura in buona posizione. Fresca, ampia, ma sopratutto fresca

Pro: Casa pulita e caratteristica, la posizione è eccellente, confermiamo di aver trovato parcheggio comodamente durante il nostro soggiorno (primi di giugno). Andrea che ci ha accolto è stato super gentile a fornirci ogni informazione utile!

Contro: Essendo giovani non ci è pesato ma facciamo presente ad una rampa di scale per accedere al l’appartamento!

Ottima posizione

Pro: Posizione, grandezza appartamento e spazi interni, gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario

Pro: Ottimo appartamento molto spazioso stile della casa molto particolare e bello interni mobili storici. Vicino al centro storico

Contro: Unica cosa il bagno un piccolo, in certi versi può sembrare scomodo.

Pro: Beautiful apartment in city centre, close to all Noto's great architecture. Andrea was really helpful and gave great communication and recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Charming vintage place

Pro: Communication with the owner was good, self check-in was easy. Good location, very close to city center. We found free parking on the street or the streets nearby. The entrance to the building is narrow and you have to climb some stairs to the first floor. It's best if you have small lugagge. The place is more of an experience, definitely has its charm with modern and vintage furnishing. It was a bit dark, the air a bit musty which made it feel less clean than some other modern apartments. Or maybe of the original floorings, don't know. But i loved the decorations, which made you think you are in another moment in time. The rooms are spacious and tall, the beds are comfy. Liked that on arrival we had a crib for our baby at no extra charge. The kitchen was equipped with what we need for a short stay. Maybe a tea towel or paper towel would have been useful to have.

Contro: Because of the vintage windows, the front room is noisy at night and a lot of traffic starting at 6 am. If you sleep late or driving take the back room. There was only one blanket in one room, would recommend the owner to put on both beds. The bathroom is small and needs some improvements. Toiletries would have been welcome.

Staying in Noto

Pro: Great location, stylish, good contact with the staff, easy to check in, has everything you may need on a short holiday.

Contro: A bit dark and the big bedroom is insanely noisy (just to let other people know, this is not something you can do about, the street is noisy)
