Pro: l’appartamento è in una posizione fantastica, arredato molto bene con vera atmosfera siciliana.

Contro: niente

Come sentirsi davvero a casa tua in Sicilia...

Pro: L'alloggio ti stupisce per le dimensioni e perchè non manca proprio nulla. Sembra di aver sempre vissuto lì. Giorgio, il proprietario molto simpatico, ci ha accolti nella vicina strada per aiutarci a portare i bagagli e ci ha offerto un vassoio di 4 cannoli deliziosissimi. L'arredo dell'appartamento è molto autentico e si nota il gusto nella ristrutturazione e l'attenzione ai minimi particolari. Bellissima la vista sulla città, sia di giorno che di notte dal letto oltre agli ottimi consigli del proprietario che è stato anche in grado di risolvere in modo veloce e discreto un nostro problema.

Contro: Nulla! Cosa si può migliorare alla perfezione?

Pro: Un piccolo angolo di paradiso ideale per soggiornare in pieno centro, nel sogno di una vacanza siciliana resa perfetta grazie alla meraviglia di questo appartamento. Unico nel suo stile, accogliente e raffinato, ci ha fatto trascorrere piacevoli momenti di quotidianità. Un po’ come essere a casa, la serenità e la quiete, la bellezza dei piccoli gesti come il caffè del mattino, la colazione davanti alla tv, o il semplice relax serale sul divano, chiacchierando magari sulla giornata o sui programmi di viaggio. Soddisfatti da questa scelta lo consiglieremo sicuramente…sperando di ritornarci un giorno magari noi.

Excellent property and location.

Pro: We were met by the owner at the property so it couldn't have been better. The location, with views over the town and easy access to the main areas and attractions was superb. The facilities were very comprehensive and the rooms very comfy.

Contro: Not much comes to mind

Dreamy stay in comfortable apartment.

Pro: We had a great stay at Giorgio’s apartment. It was extremely comfortable, the interiors were stunning, it was super clean and the balcony was just beautiful. We loved sitting out there overlooking beautiful Modica. Also great free parking nearby.

I highly recommend this superb apartment in the heart of Modica.

Pro: Giorgio was a great host - told us where to park the car near the property and helped us with our luggage down the steps to the apartment. The property is just like the photos - beautifully furnished with everything you need to stay for a week or more. We didn’t use the kitchen very much as there are so many good bars and restaurants nearby but it was well equipped. There is a great little balcony with a view of Modica - so pretty at night - and a small garden area where you can sit in the sun in the afternoon after a day’s exploring - Ragusa, Scicli, Ispica and beaches all within 20 minutes drive.

Contro: The steps up and down into Modica town were not a problem for us but might not be suitable for everyone.

Fantastic views of Modica! Great apartment.

Pro: The property is extremely well located for the main sites of Modica and has fantastic views from all windows and the outside terrace. Very well decorated in our opinion and extremely comfortable. We were left a very generous welcome gift in the fridge and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. We were met on arrival by a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is highly recommended.

Would not be able to recommend better.

Pro: You would not be able to reach a better understanding of Modica than to sit out on the terrace of this apartment and observe the view of this city being presented in front of you. Marvelous apartment, beautifully located with an exceptional, kind and welcoming host.

Pro: An exceptional house, extremely comfortable, decorated with such an exquisite taste. Giorgio welcomed us with small gifts (bottles wine and pastries) and left various daily products. Clearly and by far the best accommodation of our entire trip.

Pro: this is an exceptional property furnished to the highest standards in keeping with traditional traditions.it is spotlessly clean, and equipped with every need you can think of. Giorgio our host met us on arrival showed us where to park and provide very insightful insight into the area along with superb restaurant recommendations The2re is a lovely peaceful feeling in the property and the balcony facing south west enjoys the sun all day with a delightful view across the whole of Modica.
