La vacanza ideale
Pro: Il soggiorno è andato ben oltre le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento è molto curato, arredato con cura e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, senza trascurare le comodità. Ha tutto ciò che serve. L'host è stato in grado di guidarci nella nostra vacanza; la comunicazione è stata eccellente. Il Borgo è perfetto ed accogliente. Vale la pena tornarci

Pro: Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e non posso che elogiarne la qualità sotto ogni aspetto. Pulizia impeccabile, ambienti curati e igienizzati con grande attenzione. La struttura è moderna, accogliente e ben organizzata, offrendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. L’ accoglienza è stata perfetta, il personale gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità e cortesia. Infine, la posizione è ideale, comoda per spostarsi e vicina ai principali punti di interesse. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e senza stress. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e tornerò sicuramente!

Herrlich ruhig und perfekt um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.
Pro: Sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohnpark mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Pool ( im Winter geschlossen) Sportanlage, Tennisplatz und ein sehr schön angelegter Garten mit direktem Meerblick. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und eine große Dachterasse Bode mit Meerblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Contro: Alles perfekt.

Pro: The apartment itself is beautiful! The pools and the recreational areas are really nice. The two levels make it a perfect place for a small family. The host, Luana, is one of the most dedicated and friendly hosts we’ve had. Her responsiveness and friendly suggestions about restaurants and experiences in the area were a huge perk during our stay.
Contro: Nothing that the host can control, but more observations during our three week stay: - if you are traveling with an electric car, you will have to go to the nearest town and walk a bit to get to the center while the car charges. - there is a treatment plant close to the apartment complex, which can be a bit noisy at times - unfortunately, there is no easy/walkable path to the beach, even though it looks like if you are checking Google Maps. You will have to take the car to access one public beach.

Pro: Sehr schön eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in einer ganz neuen Anlage mit zwei tollen Pools, einem davon für Nichtschwimmer. Schöner Blick vom Balkon aus über die Anlage bis zum Meer. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für die Selbstverpflegung benötigt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war super nett, jederzeit erreichbar und hat alles getan, damit wir eine gute Zeit haben.

Neue Wohnanlage mit Panoramablick nah an Marzamemi
Pro: Sehr schöne Poolanlage, Balkon und Dachterrasse mit Morgensonne und Meerblick. Apartment mit guter Ausstattung, welches ohne Weitwinkelaufnahmen deutlich kleiner wirkt. Gerade wurden noch Freizeitanlagen wie Outdoor Gym und Volleyballfeld fertiggestellt, was den Aufenthalt künftig noch abwechslungsreicher machen dürfte. Luana war sehr gut erreichbar und sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns über die Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung gefreut.
Contro: Alles nicht in der Verantwortung der Gastgeberin, aber uns hat der permanent schlechte Geruch der Abflüsse im unteren Bad sowie der Gestank von der hinter dem Haus liegenden (Klär -?) Anlage und deren deutlich auf der Dachterrasse hörbaren Betriebsgeräusch leider sehr gestört. Der Pool darf nur mit Badekappe genutzt werden. In einigen Apartments wird noch renoviert/gebaut, was am Pool zu hören ist. Das wird sich aber wohl bald erledigt haben.

Wunderschön, aber man benötigt ein Auto!
Pro: Das Appartement war top ausgestattet und wirklich schön. Die ganze Anlage ist neu.
Contro: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Einzig die Lage war nicht ganz optimal. Die Anlage liegt zwar am Meer, aber nicht am Strand. Den nahegelegenen Strand konnten wir nicht nutzen, da dieser voller Seegras war. Auch nach Marzamemi benötigt man abends das Auto, da man auf der Straße ohne Beleuchtung geht.

Excellent séjour à Casa Del Sole
Pro: Appartement très joliment décoré, très bien équipé (parfait pour une semaine) et très bien agencé. Belles terrasses avec aperçu mer, 2 salles de bain, petit kit d'arrivée très sympa, climatisation pour les étés très chauds. Propriétaire très disponible, agréable et de bon conseil. Magnifiques piscines dans la résidence. Nous recommandons vivement!
Contro: De petits détails, sans réelle importance : résidence un tout petit peu excentrée du centre ville et la marche n'est pas agréable (route non éclairée et sale, conducteurs peu disciplinés en Sicile...). Manque de chaises longues lorsque la résidence est à pleine capacité (mais nous avons toujours réussi à trouver après quelques minutes). Mais tout s'est extrêmement bien passé :)
