Pro: Ottima posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Marzamemi, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria gentilissima ci ha fornito sia i teli per la spiaggia che l’ombrellone.

Contro: Non è possibile gettare la carta igienica nel wc, non proprio comodo…

Pro: Molto bello l'appartamento, pulito, comodo, funzionale, dotato di lavatrice, molto utile. Posizione molto bella....vista porto.

Pro: Appartamento comodo luminoso, spazioso e ben fornito .proprietaria gentilissima e molto attenta ai bisogni e alle richieste

Contro: Non ha ascensore essendo al secondo piano un po scomodo e parecchio caldo . peccato perché essendo fronte mare sarebbe stato piacevole tenere le finestre aperte ma essendo sempre molto caldo perché molto esposto al sole si è dovuto stare sempre chiusi con clima acceso .

Buona struttura

Pro: Ottima posizione per spostarsi e abbastanza vicino al centro . Struttura nuova , con posto auto.

Contro: Mi è mancata la presenza del personale e cui sono abituata , le chiavi le abbiamo trovate in una cassetta e risposte poi nella stessa , non abbiamo mai visto il personale neanche per il check out. Un consiglio curate un po' di più il solarium .

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment with a nice host and marina view

Pro: We really enjoyed our stay at Harbor Houses III. The apartment was very clean, bright and spacious with a nice marina view. It had everything we needed including a dishwasher, ironing board, some basic groceries and welcoming items. It was very comfortable and about a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Marzamemi center, which was a bit quiet and abandoned in low season but still very nice. The host was very nice and helpful, replying quickly. Overall a great stay, thanks!

Contro: Some minor minuses: the pillows were really hard so we switched to decorative ones. The kitchen didn’t have a real knife, only table knives. The recycling and rubbish system is a bit complicated with a schedule saying you can only take out specific rubbish on specific days after 10 pm, but in reality the outside containers are full of mixed rubbish. However, we understand this is the local law, not the host’s policy.

Pro: Big, clean, and cozy appartament. Not to far from town center with all neccessary facilities.

Contro: Boiler was too small for this kind of appartament, we ran out of hot water couple of times. Also kitchen was fully equiped but it would be nice to also have some salt and pepper and olive for cooking.

Excellent apartment, definitely recommend!

Pro: The apartment was lovely and bright and very clean and equipped with everything you would need! The bed was very comfortable and with the shutters down, we slept well, waking up to the beautiful view over the marina in the morning. A short walk from the harbour and restaurants, we would definitely recommend!

Contro: There was not anything to complain about

Contro: Location isn’t good at all, property located along busy road, with a lot of dust and noice from the road. To walk to the Marsamemi takes 15 minutes along the road viaduct strange outdated damage building, we didn’t feel save. A lot of dust in the apartment in pillows, blankets… curtness, towels.

Pro: Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde . wir haben mit zwei Kleinkindern unser Sylvester in Marzamemi verbracht. Es wurde sogar ein 2 kinderbett und Bettwäsche und Decken neu gekauft und alles sehr gemütlich und sauber eingerichtet . Nur Lobenswert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🥰Selbst die Heizung funktionierte tadellos , nicht immer selbstverständlich für Sizilien . Alles top , Veronica und die Besitzer sind sehr nette und freundliche Menschen. Mega Aussicht , tolle Dachterrasse und ein friedliches kleines Fischerdörfchen .Sehr zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar . Danke nochmal für alles und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. Contro: Da es Dezember war fanden wir die Balkonbestuhlung leider nicht so sauber , aber nicht der Rede wert . Die Klobürsten könnten mal erneuert werden 🫣, aber sonst alles top.
