Pro: Posto perfetto, posizione strategica sia per la spiaggia e anche per le attività vicine la zona costiera di Avola. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto, ha il clima e gli ambienti sono ampi e freschi. Staff attento e cortese.

Pro: Perfetto, spiaggia vicina come anche bar e ristoranti. Appartamento ampio, con veranda esterna arredata. Cucina con isola attrezzata di tutto il necessario. 2 bagni e 3 camere da letto. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente e anche di fronte alla struttura. Grazie per l'accoglienza ❤️

Pro: Appartamento moderno e curato nei dettagli, spiaggia vicina raggiungibile a piedi. A pochi passi dal mare. All'interno non manca niente. Staff cordiale e premuroso😊❤️

Pro: The accommodation was spacious. It had three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. The apartment was well equipped – basically, nothing was missing. The host was helpful and personally showed us everything. Checkout just involved leaving the keys at a designated spot. A nice bonus was the outdoor shower for rinsing off sand.

Contro: Just minor things – nothing seriously problematic. The pillows had a slightly musty smell; it might help to air them out or consider using a different laundry detergent for the bedding. The sofa could have been cleaned a bit better – there was some dust and dirt in the crevices. Similarly, the terrace could use a bit of a wash. The shower didn’t drain very well, and the seals were leaking – like in most places in Italy.

Gute Lage und bequem, modern mit Vollausstattung, aber kleinem Ameisenbesuch.

Pro: Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand-Zugang ist in Sichtweite, zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand ist nicht so lang, aber top sauber und perfekt für Kids. Das Haus ist in zweiter Reihe, also auch ruhig gelegen zum Durchgangsverkehr. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu Luxuriös, mit Allerlei modernen Lampen (sogar im Waschbecken! :-) ), vier Klimaanlagen, einer tollen Terrasse. Die zwei Bäder sind top. Im Vorhof steht eine Schaukel. Strandutensilien liegen bereit (Schirm, Aufblasbare-Tiere). Die Unterstützung per WhatsApp war super schnell und immer freundlich. Selbst die üblichen kleinen Dinge waren leicht in den Griff zu bekommen: Terrassentür klemmte etwas, für die Ameisenstraße war bereits ein Anti-Insekten-Spray vorhanden, zu wenig Handtuch-Haken im Bad, Wasser lief in der Hauptdusche etwas langsam ab.

Contro: Es ist halt ein Mehrfamilienhaus nur mit Ferienwohnungen, was den Charme betrifft. Der Ausblick aus Wohnbereich und Terrasse auf eine hohe Wand war nicht so hübsch, der Gasgeruch neben der terrassenseitigen Gas-Therme war nicht angenehm. Die Ameisenstraße im Flur und im Vorhof ist speziell. Leider war das WiFi nicht nutzbar für unsere Apple-Geräte, es gab keinen Lösungsvorschlag, für uns war es ok wegen Datenroaming-Flatrate.

Pro: Un maravilloso apartamento grande espacioso elegante, no le falta nada, climatizado y con una precisa cocina. La terraza exterior en la parte trasera està amueblada. Las habitaciones son cómodas y modernas.
