Pro: La pulizia, la qualità di tutti gli elettrodomestici, l’accoglienza

Pro: Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, ci siamo trovati bene. L'appartamento è confortevole, molto pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi e arredato con gusto. La posizione strategica per visitare le provincie di Siracusa e Ragusa. Lo consigliamo!

Contro: Niente da dire

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nuovissima, fornita di ogni comfort per una vacanza sia tra amici che in famiglia. La pulizia e la cura del cliente sono al primo posto e soprattutto l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Sebastiano hanno reso il nostro (purtroppo ) breve soggiorno super piacevole. Posizione comoda per il mare trovando a pochi minuti a piedi sia la spiaggia libera che gli stabilimenti balneari. Inoltre è una posizione strategica per la visita di città come Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi ecc..

Pro: Ideal for a couple and close to beaches and restaurants.

Contro: Nothing to dislike.

Pro: The host is a very welcoming person, even helped us with our luggage (as there is no elevator and I had an injury). Totally recommended. Convenient location close to the beach (but I would recommend Pantanello beach, at least in the end of September). Modern apartment, very convenient even it doesn't have any living area or any sofa (it would be nice to have something), fresh, new, perfect condition. has everything , washing machine , dishwasher (we stayed in 2bedroom apartment)

Contro: check-out can be a bit later, but we didn't have a problem because the host is amazing. You can't store your luggage later than 13:00 after check-out (in case if you need it)

Pro: Great proximity to the beach, spacious apartment with new amenities and fantastic air con. Easy on street parking.

Pro: The apartments are new, just steps from the beach, with a comfortable bed and everything you might need. All the thoughtful touches — like oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher and laundry tablets, a beach umbrella, a plug-in mosquito repellent (etc.)— made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. We had originally planned to stay in an apartment in Syracuse, but at the last minute we chose Benazar Villa in Avola instead — and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The area is peaceful, with lovely views and a relaxing vacation vibe. Easy parking. We’re quite demanding travelers, but Benazar Villa really met our expectations. We stayed from Friday to Monday and explored Syracuse (which made us even more glad we didn’t stay there), the nearby beaches, the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserve, and the beautiful town of Noto. Everything was simply perfect, and we highly recommend it.

Pro: Brand new, modern, clean and perfectly equipped apartment just a few metres from the coast and the beach. Very friendly host who always endeavours to look after his guests. You can't ask for more to be comfortable.

It was a fantastic and memorable stay and we loved every minute of it. We will be returning!

Pro: We loved everything - location to the lovely beaches, restaurants and surrounding areas, excellent quality of the brand new accommodation/facilities, lovely neighbourhood and the excellent service and response provided by the owner (Sebastiano). He was always available if we needed anything, responding in super quick time, including providing some extra knives for the kitchen. The fact that he spoke English was a great bonus. I must mention how kind it was that Sebastiano did not mind us checking in so late when our flight was delayed - waiting up until we got there.

Contro: Nothing - everything was excellent.
